LifeLock CEO Wins Prestigious Award
LifeLock CEO, Todd Davis, has been seen on numerous television interviews discussing his decision to advertise his social security number and how his identity theft protection service works. The effort that he has put into being sure that our nation is aware that they can enroll in a great protection service has not been in vain. Todd Davis has earned the 2009 Arizona Business Leadership Award. This is a prestigious award that is presented to CEOs who show an “exponential” amount of leadership and it has been given for over 12 years now.
This is an award which is given to CEO’s whose business has shown excellence in the state. Under the leadership of Todd Davis, the company has seen its’ member base increase 1300% over the last two years. LifeLock is also putting forth great efforts to educate the nation (consumers and law enforcement agencies) on the issue of identity theft.
“LifeLock has been an industry leader in raising awareness of identity theft and protection,” stated Jonathan Keyser, ABL’s President. “Their commitment and passion to protect consumers’ identities is unparalleled. LifeLock’s presence in the community and community service is admired and definitely meets the purpose and criteria of the ABL Award.”
With Arizona being the #1 state in the nation affected by identity theft, Davis is not just running a business, but advocating for consumers to try to protect them from becoming victims. Davis backs his service with a $1 million guarantee. If you become a victim of identity theft while a member of LifeLock because of a failure in the service, they will help you fix it, up to $1 million (Restrictions apply. “I’m honored to receive the Arizona Business Leadership Award, but to be honest, it is really the team at LifeLock that’s responsible for any success that I have achieved,” noted Davis. “It is easy to head an energetic organization where everyone is committed to completing the same mission – in this case fighting identity theft. My entire organization does the hard stuff, while I just have the coolest job.”
Davis will be officially honored by the Association at a dinner and presenation ceremony on May 7, 2009. Congratulations!
