The award was presented to the company during a private celebration held in Phoenix, Arizona at the J.W. Marriot at Desert Ridge. There has been much press lately about the services that LifeLock provides and recently, a California judge has upheld a ruling that identity theft service companies are no longer able to place fraud alerts on behalf of their members. While many members were drawn to these services because of the convenience of having their fraud alerts placed and renewed for them, the law now dictates that these services will change, which has proved to be an unfortunate setback for consumers. A new deal has just been sealed between LifeLock and the Phoenix Mercury. For the first time ever, team players will be wearing a “branded” jersey during games. In this case, the jerseys will feature LifeLock. Also, WNBA season ticket holders will receive a complimentary LifeLock membership for one year, a $110 value.
